What ResetOS is
ResetOS helps people in the middle of a life transition turn a messy situation into a short plan they can act on: a direction, a 7-day outline, and one step for today. It is an early product built by a very small team, and features and wording may change.
ResetOS is an independent product built on third-party AI models. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any AI model provider.
ResetOS is operated by Zhang Wu, an individual based in China.
What it is not
The analysis, plans and chat replies are generated by AI. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser. For decisions about your health, legal matters or significant money, please talk to a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services right away. In the United States you can call or text 988.
Who can use it
ResetOS is only for people who are 18 or older. By using ResetOS, and again when you tick the box to create an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that this is true. We rely on that confirmation. We do not verify age ourselves, and we are not responsible for use by someone who gave us false information about their age.
If we learn that someone under 18 is using ResetOS, we will close the account and delete the data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used it, email us and we will do the same.
You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for what happens under your account.
Plans and payment
- Free check-in. You can use the free check-in without paying. Free usage has daily limits.
- 7-day pass. A one-time payment for 7 days of access to the full plan. It does not renew and you are never charged again for it. It includes 30 AI chat replies, up to 3 plans, and planning or re-planning your day up to 35 times.
- Monthly membership. Billed every month until you cancel. Each month it includes 200 AI chat replies, up to 5 new 7-day plans, and planning or re-planning your day up to 150 times.
- Yearly membership. Billed once a year until you cancel. Same as the monthly membership, with the same allowances every month.
Every plan has limits. No plan is unlimited. The full list of allowances, including voice messages and file reading, is on the Pricing page. On the monthly and yearly memberships, allowances refresh at the start of each monthly period, counted from the day you subscribed. The 7-day pass does not refresh.
Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay, in USD. Sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so the charge on your statement may show Paddle's name. We never see or store your card number.
Cancelling
You can cancel a monthly or yearly membership at any time: open Me in the product and choose Manage subscription / cancel, or use the link in your receipt email. After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Your content
What you write or say in ResetOS stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so that the product can work for you and so that we can improve it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Please do not use ResetOS to break the law, to harm other people, to try to break or overload the service, or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our content and the service itself
ResetOS, its name and logo, its questionnaire, the way it turns answers into plans and daily tasks, its texts, design and code belong to us. You may use the service for your own life planning. You may not copy, scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-download the service or its content, use automated tools to extract its text, prompts or logic, reverse-engineer it, or build a competing product from it. Reading your own reports, exporting your own tables and ordinary use of a web browser are always fine. We may block automated access that ignores this section.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep ResetOS running and accurate, but it is provided as is. AI output can be wrong. You decide what to do with any suggestion, and you remain responsible for your own decisions. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the issue arose.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell paying members by email before the change takes effect.
